Congratulations to Kenneth White, our Operations Eagle of the Quarter! Kenneth has been a dedicated member of the Southern Eagle team since 2013. He began his career as an order selector and later advanced to the role of forklift operator. In that position, he was responsible for managing and replenishing the flow racks. Today, Kenneth works on TYGARD, where he verifies and stages layer pallets once they are built, helping ensure the operation continues to run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to his daily responsibilities on TYGARD, Kenneth also assists with replenishing the warehouse pick line and supports the team with weekly transfers. He is always willing to lend a hand in any department when needed, truly demonstrating what it means to be a team player. Outside of work, Kenneth has been happily married to his wife, Ava, for nearly 30 years. He is the proud father of two daughters and two sons, and a grandfather to eight grandchildren. When he is not spending time with his grandchildren, Kenneth enjoys working in the yard and watching football. On Sundays, you can always find Kenneth enjoying a cold Michelob Ultra while watching his favorite team, the San Francisco 49ers, play. Paul Neal has been selected by the Driver Sales Team Leaders as our Eagle of the First Quarter 2026. Paul started as a Driver Salesman) with Southern Eagle October 8,2025. This is not Paul’s first time working at Southern Eagle. He was hired as a Driver Sales Assistant in December of 2019, and was furloughed March 26, 2020, due to Covid. Before he acquired a CDL, Paul worked for Frito Lay as a Driver and spent a year as a Plumber Apprentice. Certainly, four months as a Driver Sales Assistant and these other experiences have helped prepare Paul to be the great worker he is today. Paul is the kind of Driver Salesman who reports to work on time in the morning, receives his assignments and gets busy completing his route. He is one of the quieter Driver Sales guys in the Delivery Sales Department. It is his zeal for his job that gets him noticed and qualifies him for the Eagle of the Quarter recognition. Paul is married to Wendy; and they have a 3-year-old daughter named Gisella. Paul and Wendy are also expecting their second child; but they do not know the gender of the baby yet. In his off time, Paul spends most of his time with his family at the park. He said he enjoys working out and he is teaching Gisella how to work out. He has also swapped time spent watching sports on TV and spends that time working and studying financial investments. Paul says he only enjoys a cold beer from time to time.

Ian Savant brings over a decade of experience, dedication, and industry knowledge to the team. He began his career in 2013 with Champagne Beverage as a route assistant, learning the ropes from the ground up. By 2015, Ian earned his CDL and stepped into a Driver Sales role, where he continued to grow his skills and knowledge of the business. In 2016, he advanced to Account Manager, a position he held until August 2021. At that point, Ian decided to “see what else was out there” and took on a new challenge as a General Manager with Affordable Dentures and Implants. While he gained valuable leadership experience there, it did not take long for reality to set in, turns out, you can take the guy out of beer, but you cannot take the beer out of the guy. After a brief detour, Ian officially came to his senses in February 2024 and made his return to the industry he knows and loves. In March 2024, he made the very calculated (and obviously correct) decision to join Southern Eagle, widely known, at least by Ian, as the best distributor in the business. Some say he came back for the opportunity, others say it was the culture… but if you ask Ian, he just did not want to risk working anywhere that was not number one. He started as a Relief Salesman, hit the ground running, and by July earned his own sales route, proving that some people just belong in beer. When he is not on the job, Ian enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend and their energetic 3-year-old daughter, making the most of every moment together as a family. In his free time, you can usually find him out on the field playing slow-pitch softball, in the backyard cooking up something good, or kicking back and relaxing with a cold Busch Latte.
